Ended up having to pay £65 on import duty which I didnt realise as when I checked out the delivery fee was £0 and tax said £0 and the water bottle was missing from the order. Was offered a discount on my next order as a gesture of good will (I won’t be ordering from them again..) I asked instead that they just resend the missing bottle, no email reply from them and have now emailed twice about it. Shoes themselves are fine but not happy worh service.
