Purchasing & Inventory Planning Manager - Full Time (BE)

Om onze verdere expansie te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een analytisch sterke en hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Planning Manager.

In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor aankoopplanning, voorraadoptimalisatie, pricing analyses en commerciële rapportering. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, sales en het magazijn.


JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Aankoop & Planning

• Bepalen van aankoophoeveelheden op basis van verkoopdata, trends en voorraadniveaus.

• Opstellen van forecasts en aankoopplanningen.

• Voorbereiden en opvolgen van seizoensaankopen.

• Verwerken van purchase orders.

• Communiceren met fabrikanten over leveringen, productie en afwijkingen.

• Controleren van proforma- en commerciële facturen.


Voorraadbeheer & Analyse

• Opvolgen en optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus.

• Tijdig bijbestellen van NOOS-artikelen.

• Analyseren van stockrotatie, stock-outs en overstocks.

• Beheren van voorraadreservaties per verkoopkanaal.

• Evalueren van productprestaties en assortiment.

• Formuleren van aanbevelingen rond maten, kleuren en collecties.


Pricing

• Uitvoeren van kost- en margeberekeningen.

• Ondersteunen van prijszetting en marktanalyses.

• Voorbereiden van analyses voor prijsonderhandelingen.


Data & Business Intelligence

• Ontwikkelen en beheren van Power BI dashboards.

• Analyseren van verkoop-, voorraad- en collectiedata.

• Voorbereiden van analyses voor collectie- en designbesprekingen.

• Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten op basis van data.


Sales & Customer Operations

• Ondersteunen van het sales team met operationele informatie.

• Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders.

• Afhandelen van claims van winkels en klanten.

• Fungeren als schakel tussen sales en magazijn.

• Opvolgen van spoedorders, leveringen en tracking.

• Beheren van tekorten, afwijkingen en retourzendingen.


JOUW PROFIEL

• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

• Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt graag met cijfers en data.

• Je bent georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

• Je communiceert vlot met zowel interne teams als externe leveranciers.

• Je bent sterk in Excel; ervaring met Power BI is een belangrijke troef.

• Ervaring binnen retail, fashion, sport of consumer goods is een plus.

• Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar analytisch werk, operationele opvolging en dagelijkse communicatie met leveranciers en klanten elkaar afwisselen.

• Je werkt proactief en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.

Marketing & Athlete Management - Internship (BE)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Athlete Management Intern to join our HQ in Antwerp and support our athlete strategy and brand campaigns. You’ll be working closely with our Marketing & Athlete Manager to help manage athlete collaborations, build our community, and activate creative marketing initiatives.


This is your chance to get hands-on experience in the world of sports marketing, influencer management and campaign execution, at one of the most exciting global brands in hockey and beyond.


You’ll help with:

  • Coordinating athlete and influencer campaigns (from onboarding to content feedback and reporting)
  • Managing and updating our ambassador database and contracts
  • Planning and scheduling athlete content across our social channels
  • Supporting brand campaigns and product launches with athlete involvement
  • Helping prepare decks, briefings and performance overviews
  • Assisting with events, shoots and content moments with athletes
  • Brainstorming fresh ways to activate athletes and build community

Your profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French = bonus)
  • You’re a sports fan, ideally with a feel for hockey, tennis, padel or fitness culture
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • You know how to write clear, on-brand copy
  • Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Basic Canva, Photoshop or video editing skills are a big plus
  • Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Event Management - Internship (BE)

You are proactive, organized and hands-on.

We are looking for an intern specialized in graphic design, photography, video, and digital/web design.
The intern takes initiative and can work independently when necessary.
Thinking outside the box is highly encouraged.

The student will help us with:

• Graphic content for digital & print
• Photography for digital & print
• Creating creative content for our social media channels
• Assisting us on photoshoots (packshots & lifestyle)
• Assisting us with managment of our webshops

Knowing your way around:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects)
  • Can work with a camera, or is willing to learn
