Marketing & Athlete Management - Internship (BE)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Athlete Management Intern to join our HQ in Antwerp and support our athlete strategy and brand campaigns. You’ll be working closely with our Marketing & Athlete Manager to help manage athlete collaborations, build our community, and activate creative marketing initiatives.
This is your chance to get hands-on experience in the world of sports marketing, influencer management and campaign execution, at one of the most exciting global brands in hockey and beyond.
You’ll help with:
- Coordinating athlete and influencer campaigns (from onboarding to content feedback and reporting)
- Managing and updating our ambassador database and contracts
- Planning and scheduling athlete content across our social channels
- Supporting brand campaigns and product launches with athlete involvement
- Helping prepare decks, briefings and performance overviews
- Assisting with events, shoots and content moments with athletes
- Brainstorming fresh ways to activate athletes and build community
Your profile:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French = bonus)
- You’re a sports fan, ideally with a feel for hockey, tennis, padel or fitness culture
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- You know how to write clear, on-brand copy
- Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok)
- Basic Canva, Photoshop or video editing skills are a big plus
- Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Event Management - Internship (BE)
Our mission is to transform field hockey into a true lifestyle experience, on and off the pitch.
From top-level tournaments to grassroots activations — we aim to create a strong and memorable presence wherever we go.
That’s why we’re looking for an intern who’s passionate about event management, has an eye for detail, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty when needed.
You think ahead, communicate clearly and can switch gears fast when needed. You’re a team player, but can also work independently.
You will help us with:
• Planning and organizing brand activations at hockey events
• Preparing and managing our sales booths on-site
• Coordinating logistics, transport and stock before, during and after events
• Supporting our partnerships (e.g. KBHB, clubs, events)
• Capturing content on-site (photo/video) for social media
• Thinking along on how to improve the event experience for our audience
Your profile:
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a strong plus
• A driver’s license and own car are a must
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Available to work during (some) weekends
• Interest in sports, fashion and/or lifestyle branding
• Hands-on mentality and flexible attitude

Your Role:
Love sport, style, and social media? We are looking for a creative content creator to lead our TikTok and Instagram. Capturing the energy of our brand, products and community, on and off the field.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Plan, create, and publish engaging and on-trend content (photos, Reels, TikToks, Stories)
· Manage and grow our TikTok and Instagram communities
· Attend and capture content at events, activations, or behind-the-scenes moments
· Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
· Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights
· Stay on top of trends, challenges, and new platform features
· Collaborate with our marketing, design, and event teams to align content with campaigns
Your profile:
· Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
· Skilled in content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
· Strong understanding of content trends, platform algorithms and analyzing performance metrics
· An interest in sports and follow trends on social media
· Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
· Available to attend key events and create live or real-time content
· Bonus: Familiarity with the hockey world, its community, and current trends

We are looking for an intern specialized in graphic design, photography, video, and digital/web design.
The intern takes initiative and can work independently when necessary.
Thinking outside the box is highly encouraged.
The student will help us with:
• Graphic content for digital & print
• Photography for digital & print
• Creating creative content for our social media channels
• Assisting us on photoshoots (packshots & lifestyle)

Knowing your way around:
