Delivery methods & costs

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and item availability.

When processing your purchase, the shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date available for you will be shown.

At Osaka Hockey we want our delivery service to be quick and efficient.
Our relationships with both national and international couriers guarantee that.

Your order should be shipped within 48 hours.
Production orders like teamwear and some other apparel items may take up to 6 days to ship.
Custom Hockey stick orders can take up to 30 days.

All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to shipping.
All goods will be shipped via national or international couriers and will require a signature upon delivery.
A tracking number will be made available for you to trace your parcel.
Orders can be shipped to your home or your work place.

Benelux & Germany delivery:

  • Standard Shipping / Delivery = € 7,50
    For orders under €80,00
    The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
  • Free Shipping
    For orders over €80,00
    The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

  • Rest of Europe delivery:
    • Standard Shipping / Delivery = € 15,00
      For orders under €80,00
      The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
    • Free Shipping
      For orders over €80,00
      The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

!! NOTE: At the moment we don't ship packages to Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

UK delivery:

  • Standard Shipping / Delivery = € 15,00
    For orders under €150,00
    The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
  • Free Shipping
    For orders over €150,00
    The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

    USA & Canada delivery:
    • Standard Shipping/Delivery = $25,00
      For orders under $150,00
      The estimated delivery time is 5 working days.
    • Free Shipping
      For orders over $150,00
      The estimated delivery time is 5 working days.

  • Rest of the world delivery (China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Gibraltar :
    • Basic Shipping / Delivery = €55,00
      The estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days.
  • Rest of the world delivery:
    • Basic Shipping / Delivery = €150,00
      The estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days.

Customs & Import fees

As all orders are currently shipped from Europe, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. All counties outside the European Union could be subjected to import taxes.

UK – All orders above £135 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the UK Customs and Border Protection Department

If you’re charged Customs Duty, you’ll need to pay it on both:

  • the price paid for the goods
  • postage, packaging and insurance

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

The Faroe Islands, Greenland, Canary Islands, Mount Athos, French overseas departments, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, and Mayotte, Åland Islands, The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man – Orders can be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the Customs and Border Protection Department.

 

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Osaka World, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Split orders
Different items might ship from different distribution centers within the same order. If that’s the case, we will email you which shipments contain which items.

You will receive status updates of your order by email.
