Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Use the “Withdraw from contract” button to let us know. You’ll get an email confirming that we’ve received your withdrawal.

Returning your items

After withdrawing, please return the items within 14 days. To get a return label, go to https://returns.osakaworld.com.
Enter your order details and the portal will create a label for your order.
You’ll receive a full refund once we’ve received the items back.

If you withdraw before your order has shipped, we may not be able to stop it.
In that case, simply return the items with the label from our return portal when they arrive, and we’ll refund you as usual.

Custom items

Custom-made or personalised items are made especially for you.
They can’t be cancelled or returned, and the right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to them.
Submitting the withdrawal form for a custom item doesn’t give you the right to cancel or return it.
